RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead a guest-focused team, and drive store performance. You will mentor Shift Managers, coach staff, and model RaceTrac's core values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and staff
• Drive store performance by executing strategy, managing inventory, and promoting promotions
• Ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation
• Collaborate across shifts to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
