Sonic Drive-In in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in daily drive-in operations, training staff, and ensuring great guest experiences.

You'll manage scheduling, ensure food quality and safety, monitor inventory, and support administrative tasks while leading by example in a fast-paced team environment.

This role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and a background in restaurant management to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to comply with appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties as needed.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food cost controls; completes weekly inventory.
