Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Sherwood, AR is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe, high-quality food service.

You will train and coach Team/Crew Members and Carhops, manage staffing and inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a welcoming, efficient dining environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant management (QSR) experience or 2+ years in retail management.
• Effective communication and basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs staff to meet service and cleanliness standards
• Handle opening/closing duties and shift coverage
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost control
• Support General Manager with training and administration
