Genesco's Journeys at West County Centre in Des Peres, MO is seeking a Store Co-Manager trainee to assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.

You'll help recruit high-caliber staff, train a successful sales team, coach employees, enforce company policies, and ensure initiatives are properly implemented. Expect 45-hour weeks, night/weekend shifts, and potential advancement as you learn the Journeys culture.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Lead recruitment and training for in-store staff.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across shifts.
• Be available for 45-hour weeks including some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities
