Job summary

Books-A-Million is seeking a Co-Manager for our 2nd & Charles store location in Plano, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations as Manager On Duty, partner with the management team, and execute merchandising plans to create a compelling in-store experience for customers and trade-ins.

You will develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and uphold store standards while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and strong community ties in the neighborhood.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Grow associates and future store leaders through coaching and training.
• Oversee merchandising execution to meet store standards and drive sales.
