Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is looking for a Co-Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position will report to the General Manager. We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.What You'll DoLead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.Drive Performance: You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and managing daily labor, sales, and food costs.Support Team Development: You'll help train and coach team members, providing feedback and supporting the accountability process.
