Job summary

Wingstop in Tulsa is seeking a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead shift operations, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions to uphold Wingstop's standards for speed, accuracy, food quality, and cleanliness.

You will drive performance by ensuring SOPs are followed, monitoring labor, sales, and food costs, and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
