Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Co-Manager in Topeka, KS to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead shift activities, ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness while upholding standards.

This hands-on role reports to the General Manager and requires strong supervisory skills and a proactive, motivational leadership style. You will train and coach team members, oversee guest interactions, and help manage labor, sales, and costs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
