Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Co-Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a proactive leader who can ensure high standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will lead shift operations, drive performance, and support team development by coaching staff and assisting with recruiting as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: Be a hands-on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: Ensure SOPs are followed and speed of service is prioritized to improve efficiency.
• Support Team Development: Train and coach team members, provide feedback, and assist with recruiting processes.
