Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Co-Manager to support daily operations in our Sioux Falls restaurant. Report to the General Manager. You will lead shift operations, complete daily checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will drive performance by ensuring SOPs are followed and maintaining urgency to speed service. You’ll monitor daily labor, sales, and food costs, help train and coach team members, and assist

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
