Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Seattle to be the Store Manager's right hand and drive our mission in-store. You will support the team to achieve productivity across sales, shrink, payroll and expenses while coaching Assistant Managers and Stylists with dignity and respect.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability and teamwork in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

• You are the Store Manager's right hand. You support the team in driving our mission in your store.
• You are responsible, with the Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• You coach and motivate a high performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
