Job summary

Windsor Fashions in San Diego is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager's right hand. You will support the team, drive sales, control payroll and expenses, and help maintain store processes in a fast-fashion environment.

You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, uphold Windsor's commitment to dignity and respect, and partner with leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving store productivity across sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists to uphold standards of service.
