Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to act as the Store Manager's right hand. You will help drive sales, control shrink, manage payroll and expenses, and keep store operations running smoothly.

You will coach and motivate a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, delivering excellent customer service while upholding Windsor’s standards of respect and dignity for every guest.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet sales goals.
