Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Des Peres, MO is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager who will serve as the store manager’s right hand, supervising a team of assistants and stylists and driving sales, payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.

You will coach a high-performing team, ensure on-brand customer experience, manage daily operations, shrink and inventory, and help lead store initiatives to meet company goals while upholding dignity and respect.
