Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager and drive store performance. You will work closely with the leadership team to meet sales targets, control shrink, manage payroll, and optimize expenses.

You will coach and motivate a diverse team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while upholding Windsor's brand standards and delivering a positive customer experience. This role requires initiative, accountability, and a passion for fashion.
