Job summary

Windsor Fashions in National City, CA is seeking a Store Co-Manager who will be the right hand of the Store Manager. You will help drive sales, control shrink, payroll and expenses while leading a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists with dignity and respect.

You will coach a high-performing team, ensure customer experience, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced fashion environment. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and contributes to achieving store goals.
