Job summary

Windsor Fashions in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to act as the Store Manager's right hand, driving sales, operations, and guest experience in a fast fashion environment.

You will coach a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, manage payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager, and uphold Windsor's standards of service and dignity for every customer and associate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing store performance in a retail environment.
• Accountability for sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Ability to coach a diverse team of associates.
