Job summary

Windsor Fashions in North Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager's right hand and help drive sales and store performance. You will coach and motivate a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, manage payroll and expenses, and uphold customer service and visual standards to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to monitor shrink and inventory, ensure compliance, and foster a positive, productive work

Qualifications
