Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand, helping drive sales, control payroll and expenses, and maintain store standards.

You will coach and motivate a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, uphold our customer-first culture, and ensure dignity and respect in every interaction while delivering a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving store performance.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse group of team members.
• Strong focus on customer service, shrink control, and expense management.
