Job summary

Wingstop Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to train and coach staff while managing scheduling, labor, and guest interactions. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Able to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: You'll ensure our SOPs are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service.
