Job summary

Wingstop in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead shift operations, manage guest interactions, and ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will train and coach team members, monitor labor, sales and food costs, participate in recruitment, and uphold SOPs while delivering exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
