Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking seven Account Specialists to cover seven territories, with assignments across Aurora, CO; Denver, CO; Fort Collins, CO; Greenwood Village, CO; Murray, UT; Salt Lake City, UT; Billings, MT. You will engage healthcare providers, build relationships, and drive adoption to support commercialization.

This role requires 5+ years of CNS or specialty pharma sales, deep knowledge of patient pathways, and experience with launches, formulary strategies, and hospital

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, including pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and territory goals.
• Ability to use data to inform strategy and improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
