Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking Account Specialists to drive commercial performance across seven defined territories. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and promote adoption of innovative therapies in CNS conditions.

The role emphasizes launching support, cross-functional collaboration, and access strategies, with a competitive base salary and strong total rewards. Field-based duties require travel and a focus on patients’ pathways.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Recent product launch experience preferred, including pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and territory goals.
• Ability to work in field, travel as needed, and maintain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and customer engagement.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
