Qualifications

• Requires or two years of related experience and/or training in machine shop operation with CNC equipment
• Able to read blueprints and work instructions
• Understand cutting tools and G/M codes
• Willing to cross-train and assist other departments
• Must be able to use measuring tools as required
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC controlled machine tools following programs and tool layouts
• Set up tooling and fixtures per program
• Load and prove out programs, run and inspect first article samples
• Document setup processes and verifications
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment in production
• Inspect tooling life and replenish as directed
• Lift up to 30 lbs and wear required PPE
• Read blueprints and use measurement tools as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work area
