Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a CNC Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment used to manufacture aerospace components. You will read blueprints, inspect parts, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality.

The role features a Sunday-Thursday shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with a $1–$3/hour differential, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. A strong focus on teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• English communication is required (reading, writing, speaking).
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment (centers, grinders, lasers, EDM).
• Monitor performance and adjust programs as needed.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure specifications.
