Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and adjust CNC equipment used to repair and manufacture aerospace components. You will interpret drawings and process travelers to ensure parts meet specs.

The role offers 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with opportunities to cross-train on manual machining and to work in a safety‑conscious, production‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, process travelers, and specifications.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
• Able to communicate in English clearly in technical documentation.
• Experience with setting up CNC machine tools and performing precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other CNC equipment.
• Perform machining to drawings and process travelers.
• Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and program edits.
• Cross-train on manual machining equipment as needed.
