Chromalloy in Carson City, NV is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment for precision aerospace components. You will read blueprints, inspect parts, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The role offers Sunday-Thursday shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with a shift differential, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Join a team focused on aviation safety and reliability.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment and related tools.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust programs as needed.
• Read blueprints and process documentation to ensure conformance.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring equipment for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and new program development.
