Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a CNC Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision aerospace components. This hands-on role includes machine setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and quality inspections in a safe manufacturing environment.

This overnight 3rd shift position offers a $2–$4 per hour shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role requires reading blueprints and travelers, and maintaining production standards with diligence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, tool, and operate CNC and conventional machine tools.
• Create and install tooling, cutters, grinding wheels, electrodes, and shop aids as required.
• Adjust machine offsets and make program modifications to support production requirements.
• Apply machining theory and best practices to achieve quality and productivity objectives.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues to maintain efficient operations.
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement equipment to ensure conformance.
