Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear Inc. seeks a CNC Milling Operator for an on-site role in Arlington, TX. You will operate CNC milling machines to produce metal and non-metal parts, with training provided to expand your current skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. 2nd shift adds 6% to hourly wage. Candidates should read blueprints, follow routing instructions, and maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and follow machining instructions.
• Training provided for skill growth and safety compliance.
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and perform daily preventive maintenance.
• Run milling operations including face/end milling, drilling, tapping, and gear cutting.
• Read blueprints and route instructions to make parts to spec.
• Prepare machines for production runs and monitor quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust programs as needed.
• Record issues and updates for shift handoffs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
