Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking an on-site CNC Milling operator in Arlington, Texas. You will set up and run CNC milling operations, read blueprints, and perform quality checks.

Training will be provided to build on existing skills and support career growth within a 75-year-old, family-owned company focused on quality and safety. The role is on-site in Arlington with a Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and a 2nd shift differential of 6% applied to hourly wages.

Formación

• Proficient in operating CNC milling machines and reading blueprints.
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and tool instructions.
• Experience with calipers, gauges, and other metrology equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC vertical turret lathes and milling; perform daily maintenance and keep workspace clean.
• Run machining operations such as facing, threading, grooving, and drilling.
• Read blueprints and route instructions to produce parts to spec.
• Set up machines for full production runs and manage varying lot sizes.
• Monitor quality, maintain offsets, and adjust programs as needed.
• Troubleshoot programs and resolve machining issues.
