Qualifikationen

• Read blueprints and route instructions to make parts to spec.
• Knowledge of machining practices and materials.
• Basic English to follow instructions and complete logs and reports.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, perform daily maintenance and keep workspace clean.
• Run milling operations including facing, threading, grooving, and drilling.
• Read blueprints and route instructions to make parts to spec.
• Set up machines for full production runs from low to high volume parts.
• Monitor part quality, maintain offsets, and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot programs and resolve machining issues.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and GD&T requirements.
• Improve setup time and keep machines running efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors and quality team about assignments and nonconformances.
• Record issues for shift handoffs and follow safety rules with PPE.
