Faxon Machining, Inc. is seeking a CNC Mill-Turn Operator to safely run multi-tasking CNC equipment, performing turning, milling, drilling, and related operations in a precision-focused shop.

You will load workpieces, verify programs, monitor tools, and maintain production records to ensure quality parts, adhering to safety and process standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints and GD&T, and familiarity with MAZATROL/Doosan/FANUC controls.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or six months of related experience; willingness to develop more machining skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn CNC multi-tasking equipment.
• Ability to read shop drawings and basic machining dimensions; GD&T knowledge a plus.
• MAZATROL and/or Doosan/FANUC controls experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC mill-turn machines to perform turning, milling, drilling, boring and related operations per programs and work instructions.
• Read blueprints and operation sheets; confirm part orientation and tolerances before machining.
• Load/unload material with approved fixtures; ensure proper seating and safe clearance.
• Monitor machine functions and tooling; detect interference and stop when needed; report issues.
• Complete inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; document results.
