Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or six months manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read shop drawings and basic machining dimensions.
• Familiarity with GD&T is a plus.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and follow quality requirements.
• MAZATROL and Doosan/FANUC-style CNC controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mill-turn machines to perform turning, milling, drilling, boring and related operations.
• Read blueprints, operation drawings, setup sheets and inspection plans; understand tolerances.
• Load/unload material using chucks/fixtures; ensure proper seating and safe clearance.
• Monitor machine functions, tool wear, and report any interference or alarms.
• Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with changeovers as needed.
