Job summary

Faxon Firearms, LLC is seeking a CNC Mill operator to run Horizontal and Vertical CNC and manual machines. You will load parts, cycle machines, detect malfunctions, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a production setting.

You should have 6 months to 1 year of CNC experience, be skilled with micrometers/calipers, and able to read blueprints. This full-time role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and requires ITAR-compliant US person eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC Mill and/or Lathe operation and setup.
• Familiarity with micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC mills and lathes to machine parts.
• Detects and reports defective materials or conditions.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and follows safety procedures.
• Documents inspection results and completes paperwork for parts.
• Uses gages and ensures calibration of measuring tools.
