WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Kansas. The position supports an employee-owned culture with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay ranging from $30 to $40 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses. As a Machinist, you will read blueprints, set up CNC mills and lathes, perform precise measurements, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality guidelines.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to meet specifications.

Responsabilités

• Use precision and cutting tools to machine parts.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery as required.
• Read blueprints, gauge parts and perform inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or weldments.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• 2 years of related experience


• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F


• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions


• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance


• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
