WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Overland Park, KS. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. We value efficient, precise workmanship in a growing, employee-owned company.

The role offers a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm), a competitive hourly wage, and ESOP benefits along with a strong benefits package. OT opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerances (GD&T).
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
