Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Spring Hill, KS. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with competitive pay and benefits. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure quality per ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in CNC machining or equivalent.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math and ability to read instructions accurately.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance and maintain quality standards.
• Strong focus on precision and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
