Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications, and help maintain ISO 9001 compliance.

This full-time position offers a 7am–3:30pm M-F schedule, $30.00–$40.00 per hour, an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related CNC machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform gauging.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and related equipment to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
