Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Bucyrus. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, producing high-precision parts per blueprints and tolerances.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other equipment to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections to spec.
• Maintain and clean machinery; ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Machining from raw stock or welded materials; ensure quality.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
