Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist for a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule. You will operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts, read blueprints, and ensure quality per ISO 9001. The team emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and a strong ownership culture in a fully ESOP-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Willing to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Able to perform basic math and read blueprints.
• Able to interpret Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce items.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
