WEBCO MFG in Louisburg, Kansas is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, focusing on precise, efficient production that meets customer specifications.

The successful candidate will read blueprints, set up CNC mills and lathes, perform measurement and inspection, and maintain equipment. WEBCO MFG offers ESOP, strong benefits, bonus potential, and a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Must perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret geometric tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses, lathes, and CNC mills/lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery to produce parts as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand ISO 9001 regulations and maintain equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• 2 years of related experience


• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F


• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions


• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance


• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
