WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Mission, KS. Working Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm, you will operate CNC mills and lathes to meet customer specifications with quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of related experience, strong math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and tolerances. We offer ESOP, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and tolerances.
• Capable of basic math and following instructions.
• Proficient with precision measurement and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Use tools and equipment such as a drill press.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Maintain quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
