Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Lenexa, KS. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive pay and an ESOP-backed benefits package.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards. Our team is dedicated to high quality in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
