Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Direct CNC machine tool experience required.
• Technical training or certification in mechatronics or electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC metalworking machines (Haas, Makino, Matsuura, Hwacheon, Citizen/Miyano, etc.).
• Machine installations and setup.
• Adjust and repair spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, and electrical controls.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Calibrate and replace components to ensure precise performance.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and teams.
• Travel locally to sites in northern Texas; 4–6 overnights monthly may be required.
