Job summary

Texas Hydraulics is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot and repair CNC controls, HMIs, drives and power supplies, and to work with schematics and precision tools in a fast-paced production setting.

You will read machine drawings, use calipers and micrometers, and collaborate with service technicians to fix complex equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of related maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience diagnosing HMIs, drives and power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls and electronic systems.
• Diagnose HMI, drive and power-supply issues.
• Repair and maintain mechanical and production equipment.
• Read electrical schematics, machine drawings and equipment manuals.
• Use electronic diagnostic and precision-measuring equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturer service technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Help keep production equipment running safely and reliably.
• Follow safety requirements including LOTO, PPE and confined-space procedures.
• Respond to plant emergencies when needed.
