Job summary

Harmonic Drive LLC is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment in a modern machining facility. You will handle emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades for CNC lathes, mills, and related shop equipment, including robotics and PLC tasks when applicable.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and working from mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
5+ years of CNC machine tool troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
5+ years of general industrial maintenance and repair experience.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and related safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment.
Support CNC lathes, mills, and other CNC manufacturing equipment by diagnosing issues and performing corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, machine drawings, and related technical documentation to guide troubleshooting and repairs.
Participate in machine installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Create and maintain schedule of preventive maintenance required for production equipment.
