Qualifications
- Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience repairing CNC or automated production equipment.
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures and determine root causes.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, control panels and circuits.
- Perform repairs to minimize downtime and read schematics/manuals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and document repairs.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns during production.
