Methods Machine Tools, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC milling and turning machines at customer facilities across the Dallas area.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including CNC control systems, with a proven ability to work independently and deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in CNC field service and knowledge of Fanuc controls; CNC programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC field service and knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• CNC programming experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC milling and turning machines at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot automatic tool changers, spindle, and turret mechanisms.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and part prints to perform precise repairs.
