Qualifications

• 4+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Hands-on Wire EDM experience essential.
• Proficient in setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Experience programming and editing G-Code.
• Familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T drawings.
• Strong shop math and trigonometry skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM machines.
• Program, edit, and troubleshoot G-Code at machine controls.
• Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specs.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision instruments.
• Maintain parts within dimensional and quality requirements.
• Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
