TECOMET in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a CNC Machinist II for 2nd shift on weekends (6pm–6:30am). You will operate and set up CNC machines, follow engineering drawings, maintain quality and safety standards, and document activities.

You will perform milling and grinding tasks on various parts and metals, manage tooling, use measurement equipment, and adhere to GMP/GDP practices. A HS diploma and 3+ years CNC experience are required; an associate degree in tooling is preferred.

Competenze

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining preferred.
• Production environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within tolerances per instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive operations with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust as needed; maintain OOQ quality standards.
• Ensure quality using measuring equipment and interpreting readings.
• Perform routine PM, maintenance and hand finishing as required.
• Follow GMP/GDP practices and document job routes/cards.
• Identify safety, health and environmental issues and minimize risks.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
